Guest guest
I know we've discussed the sugar that was added and is being removed, but I haven't seen a discussion of the lactic acid starter that they've added. This is grown on corn and people that are allergic to corn are reacting to it. Would it then be problematic as far as SCD goes (because of the grain)? It's something they added because small health food stores were complaining about the shelf life (apparently, they don't want to just keep the things frozen like many of us do). :-) So, potentially, if it is problematic, we could get them to change that as well with a big uproar like was caused with their adding sugar, but for now they have no plans to remove the starter. What do ya think? Steph -- www.praisemoves.com The Christian alternative to yoga
