Guest guest Posted January 14, 2006 Report Share Posted January 14, 2006 I think I ruined my batch of yogurt. It go too hot after the starter was put in at 10:00am. Now the whey has separtated out. Is there any salvaging this to be SCD. If not is there anything that I can use it for (not SCD) instead of throwing it away? Now I just have to figure out why the temp got too hot. This is about batch 40-50 and I've had no problems with this hot plate before and it is still set at the same temp??? WHo knows.
