Sorry if you received all the notices regarding the Registration Form

for the Symposium. The box to send a notice wasn't clicked so I

assumed it wouldn't keep sending you messages. Boy was I wrong...I

was trying to word the instructions and kept changing my mind.

Technically - I saved the first registration form in a format that

couldn't be copied/saved to your computer. Please accept my

apologies, but at least you do know we now have the registration form

on-line and would appreciate it if you could fill it out and send it

in as soon as possible. If you do not want to email this information

there is a fax number that will come directly to me.

We do understand that you may not be sure you will be able to attend,

but if you think you might please go ahead and send in the

registration form. It is saved in the Files - Symposium Folder.

**We are at 27 days to go and counting**

Thanks for your patience,

Gail West, Indiana Chapter

Hello gumbo_yaya_69@...,

In reference to your comment: Gail, I would love to attend the symposium but

I'll be 4 days post op and I don't think I'll get a pass........LOL Peace,

N'Awlins Gal>

, I can just visualize you organizing a Road Trip and bringing Dr.

Sutherland and friends to join us...well maybe not, but I am sure you will be

in our thoughts. How are you computer lessons coming with your mom? My mom

is still trying to figure out how a fax takes her paper and sends it to

someone else (lol).

Thanks for emailing - we are trying to get attendance numbers together.

Take care,
