I walked at least 10 times throughout the night, the chances of me getting a blood clot was sort of a joke (my blood never had a chance to pool!). Between the gizmos and the overhead speaker I had no sleep! I recommend bringing cotton balls for your ears, and I can't say enough about my " body " pillow! When you roll on your side the first time it feels like your insides will fall forward/out! My pillow kept everything " tight " (mental thing I know). It was wonderful! Another thing is that most people don't sleep well after anesthesia anyway,so you might as well walk! O. MGB 2/21/00 272/
