Yah, hum! It seems as though we are damned if we do and damned if we

don't. We do need some degree of sunlight to aid with vitamin d--that

said, I've noticed that in the summer my seb derm quitens slightly and

that as long as I am not long in the direct heat of the sun, some

exposure does not hurt my rosacea at all. Others will, of course,

react differently.
