I was just in the kitchen making the muffins to begin the constipation protocol tomorrow morning when " duty called. " I walked to the bathroom and " unloaded. " This may be gross, but I am so excited. I have not passed a movement like that " unassisted " in a long time! And I didn't even begin the constipation protocol yet!
