Guest guest
I usually make a batch of hamburgers (baked, broiled or grilled depending on where you are) and freeze a few for travel. Leave a few unfrozen for immediate eating. Also, Jello, fruit in small Tupperware, roasted turkey, cold cooked carrots and peas, peanut butter and squash muffins, any of the pancake recipes on pecanbread.com can be eaten cold. Everyone I will be traveling with my son and the flight will be 5 hours non-stop. What foods can I bring that are according the SCD diet. Also, what would be some recipes that are quick to make so I may cook them when we are away from home. I appreciate your time to help me. Thank you!! Guest guest
, For the trip, I would make things like the banana pancakes and sneaky veggie pancakes. They are easy to eat and not all that messy. When we travel, I just take all of our food with us already prepared. I know it's harder on a flight. What can your child eat? That would help us to make better suggestions. Jody mom to -7 and -9S SCD 1/
