Hi everyone,

As a medical student who suffers rosacea, I have been seen by many

doctors and most have adviced me that less is more, and they have

clearly stated that there is no cure for rosacea and that the

medicines available do not work for everyone...

I too have turned to alternative medicine, inspired by my own

curriculum which includes alternative medicine electives for the 4th

year medical students. Medical doctors now a days are recognizing

that traditon has as much relevance to disease outcomes as do

medically researched treatements. Many many schools in the US are

now offering alternative medicine training to allopathic medical

students, so that doctors can keep up with the needs of their

patients.

Here is a link to such a rotation at Harvard Medical School:

Just know that a particular persons feeling pertraining alternative

and natural treatements does not at all reflect what is the attitude

of medical doctors towards such treatements nowadays.
