Boric acid sounds scary, but it has all kinds of weird uses depending

on the concentration of it.

It can be used as roach poison, but it's also used as an eye wash,

and I've used it in suppository capsules to treat yeast infections. I

think in the right concentrations it helps your body balance its own

pH (used topically--not orally!). Your doctor or pharmacist could

probably tell you more, but don't let the name scare you off. Good
