HI everybody !

I have had amazing results with the rosacea disks, my spirits are up and for

the first time in years I can imagine myself going outside without make up

(foundation). Now I only use a little bit of Clarins tinted moisturizer

(hint from someone in the group) which I think is great in calming down the

redness. I have to mention that my derm diagnosed me as one of the worst

cases He had seen in Iceland. I was on the edge of a nerves breakdown when I

started to use the disks.

I´ve stopped all medication and every day I see improvement using the disks,

now for only 11 days.

Evening:

I wash with cleanser and warm water , after I splash with cold water and

with my face draining wet I put on one drop of jojoba oil, then very

carefully and lightly I put the disk.

Morning:

Same routin as in evening but now I wait for my face to dry apr. 15 min. and

then put on

Dr. Sy´s Zinco cream and finish with Clarins tinted moisturizer.

this has worked amazingly well for me, my face is totally calm, all my bumps

are gone and I even sat in a hot pool for hours yesterday without flushing .

I have one question for the group. I have an appointment with my derm for

photoderm later in this month. I had about 10 sessions before with great

success's for my checks but did nothing for my nose. Now that my face is so

calm and healing but knowing that the total redness of my nose will never

disappear

without some kind of laser treatment, I am worried that If I have photoderm

my condition will get worse again, and if I don´t that my nose will never be

normal again.

Has someone had experience with this, using the disks and had photoderm

treatments ?

Is there maybe a possibility that the redness will disappear totally if the

skin continues to heal ?

Thanks

Asta
