Guest guest
Hi, I got the Cutanix samples last week and have been applying the cream to one half of my face (still using tolerin on the other), my nose and a patch of eczema on my left arm. Thanks to for being so prompt in posting them through to me. I will post a report mid-week with my initial thoughts once I've been using the product a little longer. . I hope i can give it a fair assessment, as my problem is being red (not swollen), so I don't know if it will do anything for me. I've also been doing the niacinamide deal for about 5 weeks now, & I believe that that is helping w/ flushing (ie, I can drink wine & not get redder than normal). I should add that I am going to Scotland/Shetland Islands for 3 weeks, leaving this Saturday. I am anticipating cool, damp conditions, which is my worst trigger. I'm not sure if I should even be trying this lotion right now, as I am happy w/ my current routine (niacinamide, flaxseed oil & Ltd III disks). I'm worried I'm rocking the boat unnecessarily! - in Michigan

I got mine a couple of days ago, and have been using it ever since. So far, no irritation of any kind, and no exacerbation of rosacea symptoms -- which generally follows pretty quickly when I don`t use metrogel (which I have suspended for the time being). No diminution of symptoms either, but it's only been two days. I do seem to have a couple of small zits, but it hasn't provoked anything major. I like the fact that it seems to be a good moisturizer -- so far, I mostly haven't had to add any other moisturizer with it -- and despite the zits, my skin is quite dry, and goes crazy without moisturizer. HOWEVER: I HATE the smell!! How vile -- artificial almond nastiness. Smells like the soap in airline lavatories, which I avoid at all costs. Disgusting! Please, please, please, change it to something else (preferably nothing). I'll keep at it, unless something bad happens. We'll see.
