Hi I would also like to know if anyone knows how far back can the Mammogram

be? My new PCP says having this kind of Surgery does not justify having a

Mammogram and I am not old enough to have one therefore it would be hard to

get this approve. I had one two years ago when I felt a lump. It turned out

that I have fiber cyst breast. And soda is a mean cause. of land

Probably less than a year since they are normally yearly exams.

Check the handbook and see if there are any more details on this.

Hi ,

As I understand it you only have to have a mammogram if your PCP thinks you need

one. I believe the Pap only needs to be within the last year. Only the blood

work and the EKG need to be within a month of the surgery.

I think the EKG has to be in the last 30 days, too. But the other

stuff, physical, mammogram and PAP within the last year. But since

Dr. R. wants your physician to fill out Dr. R's physical form, and

you

have to go see your physician for the support letter, if you haven't

had a physical recently, it works out well to get it at the same time.

Kind regards,
