Thanks Eileen

I have almond flour on hand and just ordered more so I will try

this. I will order the Braiz. nut flour next time I order.

Be blessed

Sandy M.

Whole family SCD 3 weeks in support of 5 yr old son who rages. (Not

nearly as often nor as long) It just keeps getting better.

Dear Everyone:

The recipe said baking powder but it should have said baking soda. Sorry I must

have been tired. It just a variation of the monster cookie recipe. Here's the

recipe again

2 eggs beaten

4 cups of brazilian flour

2 cups of cashew flour

1 cup of honey

1 tsp of baking soda

2 tsp of vanilla extract

2 tbl of butter or coconut or omit from recipe

cook for 15-17 minutes at 325 degrees. The cookie should be slightly brown all

over.

Sorry about the typo. Eileen Brown
