Guest guest
I want to share with you something I found at the grocery store. There is a soup made by Nile Spice Foods (it's in a cup, like cup of soup) that has several really tasty flavors (Black Bean and Split Pea were the ones I tried). They are very low in fat, and high in protein (13-19 g each). They are immensely satisfying, and easy to eat. They would be great to take to work or anywhere, because all you need is hot water to make it! I hope you enjoy them! Blessings ~Amy. _____________________________________________ Amy S. I've found myself *really* enjoying things I never cared one way or the other about before surgery, like the vegetables in chicken vegetable soup. Those soups you wrote about sound good, too. Hope I can find them down here in the boondocks. 's Healthy Recipe chicken vegetable is really good, too (add salt). It's 200 calories if you could eat the whole can. I usually eat 1/3 of the can, add a little water and microwave it. > > _____________________________________________ > Amy S.
