Our DS3 has more allergies than your daughter, including eggs. 8 weeks into SCD, he only eats about 6 or 7 fruits and veggies in addition to his meat, but he's healthier than he's ever been. Rice definitely isn't SCD legal. We just fix very plain, simple meals. It is hard, but I believe that it's worth it. :-) Oh, one of the things that my kids love is the way I fix carrots. I cook them until they are quite mushy, then add ghee, honey and cinnamon to them. Those are kind of our staple carb right now - the other carbs get rotated out. Steph, Aspie, IgA allergy to casein DH, IgA to casein (mostly SCD) DS8, Aspie, DermHerp Celiac, IgA to casein DS3, Celiac, IgA to casein & eggs, plus other food allergies All SCD 8 weeks
