Thanks for the comments--I appreciate it.

Ben is continuing to do well and has adapted to the diet. Oddly,

the less I try to bake the happier he is! He is OK with simple

foods, some of my SCD concoctions, diluted juice. We have come a

long way. He looks terrific! Color is better, mood, I think, is

better over all. He is close to being back 100% energy wise.

I decided, for him and for our family, we are going with the kefir

for now. We are starting with almond milk, very slowly.

I will do yogurt as well, especially when I am ready to introduce

goat yogurt. I've done quite a bit of research. I don't think

lactose is an issue for us, the alcohol can be kept to a bare

minimum. I will fine tune that as we go--don't want that! lol

That is actually my biggest concern.

I'll let you know how we do.
