I'm not Carolyn, but are you referring to the pizza crust with almond flour,

eggs olive

oil garlic and italian spices? I have not tried it yet. Is this the one that you

like. My son

is not on dairy yet, but I think this would be good with a nice sauce and other

trimmings! I too am looking for good recipes for " beginners. "
