Hi Carolyn, We like Peanut butter cookies and the basic muffin

recipe with blueberry from BTVC. My kids like the Ginger bread

cookies except I do it as a bar and leave the ginger out. I got it

from this site http://www.scdiet.org/2recipes/indexa.html

There was a pizza crust recipe that was posted a couple of weeks ago

that I use about once a week and put on whatever who ever wants. We

all love that one.

We also do roast chicken with veggies and then I turn it into soup

for the next meal of chicken.

We also do hamburger patties and I just serve them with the trimming

minus the bun. I am going to experiment with the onion bun at the

same recipe site as the ginger cookies.

We have only been at this for 3 weeks so I am sure that many more

will have ideas.

Be blessed

Sandy M.

Whole family SCD 3 weeks in support of 5 yr old son who rages. (Not

nearly as often nor as long) It just keeps getting better.
