Has he had almond milk or cashew milk before? Do you use blanched

nuts ?

Hi Sheila! Thank you so much for your response....i was starting to

think no one loved me! [just kidding] Brady tolerates nuts and nut

products with no problems, and has only had nut flours for 2 years

now. I'm confident that it isn't the nuts, which is why i'm seeking

info from those with more experience with the yogurt....i have read,

and reread BTVC, and all of the SCD sites and haven't found anything

that describes die of specifically related to yogurt. He has been 100%

SCD for 8 months, and was almost there for 2 years prior. I'm hoping

someone will say, 'well, if it was me, i would...'

Thanks for the info re Habers pharmacy. i should have thought of them.

Do you think there might be merit in trying the acidophilus first??

Any help is appreciated,

Cindy

It might help ease his die off - since the yogurt is pretty strong.

If you try the acidophilus you may want to start with a smaller than

usual dose (1/4 of the daily dose or even less)

Thank you Sheila. I am going to try and get to Toronto to get some of

the SCdophilus, and i will start out slowly. In the meantime, i'm

enjoying trying new recipes for baked goods using the yogurt.

Lyosan has cow's milk products in it.

SCDophilus does not.

Choose the product according to your needs.

The same is true for the yogurt starter.

The ProGurt does not have cow's milk products in it.

The Canadian contact information for the GI ProHealth products can be

found on their website:
