Then Europe, South America are decent while Russia and China and many other countries are at the bottom of the heap with the thinking of.... " if you can sell it to anyone, then it is helping you and the country so it must be good " policy, or in essence " NO POLICY " or buyer beware. The The United States FDA (Food and Drug administration is cracking down on many internet companies and many more are to be hit soon.
