I'm amazed that even a rosacean would react to glycerin - are you sure it's not something else??? Glycerin at high levels (say, over 20%) might cause some drying of the skin, but at its normal levels of 2 - 10% glycerin is usually mild and soothing. But then there's always someone sensitive to any material. Barry Hunt glycerin Can anyone recommend a cleanser and/or moisturizer without glycerin? How about a sunscreen?
