My insurance has been approved everything is almost ready my PCPs office is still working on my packet for Dr. Rutledge. I will call you sometime to talk privately. I am very,very happy to hear of your success, I have kept you in my prayers especially on 6/2. I have not posted since I have been very busy with my personal life and the MGB process. I will let you know when I have mailed my packet. I pray everyday that I will have surgery no later than the end of July.
