sorry to be a pain.

Can anyone classify the foods according to high /low carbohydrates

that are in Elaines book? I know for example that fish, meat are

proteins, but after that i get confused. I was told to work out my

daughters intake of calories giving approx 50% to carbs, 30% to fat

and 20% to protein. I'm unsure as to which category the honey falls

into and other foods used in the diet. I can't seem to find the info

on the net. Do the lentils, split peas fall in the protein or carb

category, for example?
