But I assume it's not best for baking, which would mean larger quantities. I guess my wariness stems from my (late, much too early) mother having consumed fairly large amounts of saccharin in coffee and soda. If I could find reliably kosher stevia I would feel much better, but a little saccharin might be just what my son needs for his hot bevarages.
