Hi,

I've been on Kirkman's probiotic (lactobacillus acidophilus) for 4 days. I am

trying to introduce it slowly (about 1/3 of a capsule per day). It is making me

feel sick: bloated, cramps, gas and diarrhea. Should I stop taking it or does

my body have to get used to it?

Thanks

Sue

You are probably going through die-off. See if activated chacoal will help

or epsom salts baths. It helps lessen the effects in this period. I use both

for my daughter and myself. The change in the flora will cause these

symptoms. Your body will get used to this dose. For every die-off period,

there is a progression of cognitive ability afterwards. That's what I have

seen in my daughter anyway. Jenn & Kali 8 months SCD
