Hey girls, i must admit that the first 2 months were rough..its not a

piece of cake, oops, its a new feeling that takes some adjusting. This

may not be true for everyone but i had a difficult time. First thing

i had to deal with was depression but it only lasted a few weeks but

that was a strange emotion for me. then you are scared to eat for

fear it will tear something out. but as time goes on you learn and

adjust and i am still learning..it is very true for me, that sweets

have no appeal for me anymore, as a matter of fact it makes me sick

to my stomach to think of them, this is from a girl that loved hersey

chocolate nuggets. I crave water and drink it all the time, never did

before the surgery. I have had to learn not to gulp and be very

careful and not burp in public. lol...sometimes it feels so good you

don't care who hears..lol..Would i do this again... yes...I believe

it has saved my life. Take care all..

hello ,

Wish i could have met you. sounds like you are doing great. I

haven't weighed in a couple of weeks but the last time i did was 6

weeks post-op and had lost 30 pounds. How are you doing and what are

you eating now.. are you on solids..conquering portion control is the

hardest thing for me.. my hubby has to tell me to slow down and when

to stop. I have got to learn you cannot eat til full or you've had

it..lol lol..I have yet to do the supplements and they cost a bundle.

Where are you from? this is just great. please keep in touch .
