Prayers are with you Gloria, I didn't think filling it out was too bad, it

made me realize just how much of my life had been tied up around dieting and

the things the excess weight was doing or will do to my body, which made me

more sure that this surgery is what I want and need. Good Luck!!!!!!!!!!
