The problem with pseudoephedrine is that it contains just that, and

is a vaso-constrictor, can up the heartbeat and raise the blood sugar.

The prescirbed cortico-steroid sprays, such as Nasacort would pro

bably be a lot safer. The, according to my ENT guy.
