Is this for you, a child? What condition led you to SCD? How long have you been on it and are you familiar with cooking at all? Have you checked out the recipes in the BTVC book, website, and here at pecanbread? Is there a nut which also lends itself > to such a bread? > I freeze pecan waffles and muffins very well and imagine bread will be the same. You may want to slice it and dicide into smaller parcels.
