This is a very interesting thread, and I for one, appreciate

everyone that has contributed because it opens yet another door

of possible irritants that effect the pancreas. If it were only

possible to get some kind of documentation, it would help many.

As you have pointed out, stress does cause additional

pancreatic irritation for many people. While I'm not sure that it

could actually be proven to be an documentable " cause " , it

certainly seems to be a " condition " to avoid, like high fat foods or

alcohol.

I'm like the rest of you that have posted. When under the gun to

meet a deadline on my work, having communication hassles

with a client, or with my doctor/nurse/insurance company, etc., or

even having a personal dispute with someone......the pressure

triggers a negative response from my innards and before you

know it, the pain begins.

With that in mind, I hope everyone is having a " stress-free " day!

With hope and prayers,

Heidi
