Guest guest
Dear Gertrude and to all it may concern, The enzymes we bought are ENZMEDICA. I didn't like the ones I saw on the WEB and stuck to ones my doctor recommended. They are SCD SAFE...I called and double and triple checked. They are derived from aspergillus and none of the things you said may be a problem below. I think we just went too fast. We are using the " lacto " it is a mixture of many yet mostly Lactose....used for KiKI since she breast feeds......I didn't want the lactose in my milk to keep her from a good die off (boy did she have one with this! thank you for telling me I had to cut back! Gave too much!)....AND WEANING IS NOT AN OPTION....my milk has saved her thus far...I was told that it is " liquid gold " to a child with Celiac Disease or malabsorption syndrome....thank God I am still able to nurse both my babies....(five months apart/one adopted). Should I put our other baby (17 months old on them...even though she doesn't have CD...or autism like problems....she is coming out of Cerebral Palsy problems and Hyperekplexia......I bought the " Lypo " formula for me since undiagnosed CD took my Gallbladder! I am already having great success with it...it too is a mixture, yet has mostly Lipase for fat and Protease for protiens......We are going slow with these guys...I know it caused are die off to be miserable! Antoinette (SCD entire family week three/CD/malabsorption problems, multiple allergies and sensitivities, and many neurological problems related to damaged intestines) Re: Question for Gertrude or anybody else about > enzymes/Anybody have problem with SCD safe peanut butter causing bizzare > behavior? > > > Enzymes can cause die-off in the beginning, so start small, slow > > and work up when introducing new ones.
