Jody, there's no " right " way, it depends on a number of individual

factors, plus each physician has his/her own style or preference.

Keep in mind that decreasing or eliminating an oral antibiotic is

done within a treatment plan and not as a singular event, as it

represents a transition from initial treatment to maintenance care.
