Hi Dave......Tess here...........update........four days on LDN...........2nd day already notice that the pain in my right hip and knee were gone......4th day..........my curled toes were out straight.........does any of this sound like I am going to have a good run with LDN?? I'm excited.......I can't wait to wake up tomorrow............

Hi Dave.........I don't mind at all.......if it helps others go for it.........I feel so totally different....the tightness comes and goes around my hips.......I can go down the stairs without my knee popping......and this morning...with my toes out straight.......wow......I am so pleased...and so soon.....I find myself sitting here looking at the clock and waiting to take another dose and go to bed...just to see how I feel in the morning. Silly I know.......I just needed something to give me some hope...................I keep in touch............tess
