Grain-Free Gourmet has wonderful recipes and detailed SCD information,

conversion,

substitution etc. i have not seen the Digestive Wellness Cookbook but it is good

for those

who are Kosher.

Forgot to mention:

I have not seen the Digestive Wellness Cookbook but it is good for those who are

Kosher.

Raman Prassad also has a great book and their are over 500 recipes on the Net.
