Hi! I had the same problem as you. I won the battle!! Originally

BCBC of DE did not want me to go out of network. I gathered all my

ammunition: Dr. R's appeal letter, a lengthy appeal letter of my

own, and printed out many pages from Dr. R's web site which stated

the differences between the MGB and open Rny. If I can help you in
