Ric and Dave,

I just started LDN 2 weeks ago. I have had stiffness (spasticity) in both legs

for several years and have been taking Baclofen and Valium for that with a

little relief. There is no change yet from LDN but it may be to early to expect

anything. All I really allow myself to hope for is a slow down or stop of

disease progression. I've had MS 20 years and SPMS for 5 years.

Ric,

If LDN causes the tight twitchiness (sp?) to subside you will be very fortunate. I hope it does for you, but I got no relief in that area. Stretching helps somewhat.
