Ric, If LDN causes the tight twitchiness (sp?) to subside you will be very fortunate. I hope it does for you, but I got no relief in that area. Stretching helps somewhat. Hi Ric,

I agree with Marcie, I was beginning to have leg issues, especially with my left leg, before I started LDN. I still have the leg issues, although I dont feel it's gotten much worse. LDN did what it was supposed to do for me. I CAN tell you though that backing down to 3mg might be a good thing to try, I did, and the stiffness I was experiencing appeared to subside somewhat.

Ric, if LDN is not the cause of your legs getting worse, there doesn't

seem a point to cutting back to 3 mg. I had to do that, but it was

because I became unbearably stiff.

Not everyone experience symptom relief on LDN. It will be three years

for me in December, and the only benefit I've experienced is lessened

bladder urgency. But stay with it! Preventing disease progression is

the primary reason to take LDN.
