Dear ,

Wow, when is the last time we lost 36 lbs in one month?That is

wonderful! I have heard other post ops say that they hit a plateau

soon after as well. And then all of a sudden it started again. It has

something to do with self preservation, the body thinks it's going into a

starvation mode and slows down the burning proccess. I learned this when

I went on Opti Fast for over a year.Could be your excersizing is making

muscle which is great but does weighs more than fat. Muscle also burns

calories quicker so I hear so don't worry. It's got to be a constant

decline no matter how slow. You'll probably see inches melting away very
