Guest guest
Dear , Wow, when is the last time we lost 36 lbs in one month? That is wonderful! I have heard other post ops say that they hit a plateau soon after as well. And then all of a sudden it started again. It has something to do with self preservation, the body thinks it's going into a starvation mode and slows down the burning proccess. I learned this when I went on Opti Fast for over a year.Could be your excersizing is making muscle which is great but does weighs more than fat. Muscle also burns calories quicker so I hear so don't worry. It's got to be a constant decline no matter how slow. You'll probably see inches melting away very soon. Good luck Sisie G MGB 7.12 ________________________________________________________________ YOU'RE PAYING TOO MUCH FOR THE INTERNET! Juno now offers FREE Internet Access!
