Guest guest
Terri, Your baby should be getting the the good probiotics through your milk. In babies that are exclusivly breast fed (before solids ar introduced) Bifid is the main bacteria in the intestines from the breast milk. I started giving my daughter probiotics at 11 months. She had a bout of a GI virus for a few days. Then after that did not have normal stool for a long time. I tried several things wrote down everything she ate, took out foods, etc but she started to form regular stools again when I eliminated cow;s milk and added a probiotic. 1 month later I added milk back in in yogurt, cheese and she was fine. So my conclusion was that the GI virus upset the flora and the probiotics helped fix it. Feel free to email me any time you have questions!! I hope this helps!! andrea > > Sheila, > Yeah, I guess I'll skip that product. It looked good and I know > from some others that it helps w/detoxing.
