Hi Debbie,

Go to the MGB home page....on the left hand side toward the bottom you

should see the words OPERATIVE DESCRIPTION...click on that and read what it has

to say,

then on the left hand side of that page you will see the words MGB PROCEDURE.

This will tell you even more about the staples in the stomach and bowel. There

is

an instrument that Dr. R uses that cuts and seals at the same time but he also

places the staples in the stomach and bowel. I hope you find the info you're

looking for.
