There isn't any one of us that at some time or another hasn't felt

that our emotions have gone a bit haywire. Sometimes we just

notice it more than others, especially when our slate seems

crowded with too many uncertainties. Don't despair....it's

certainly not an " idiopathic " symptom when one is faced with a

chronic illness with so many unknowns on a daily basis.

You have a lot of new things to focus on, with the diabetes being

new, your sugar levels bouncing, and new digs to find. Don't try

to figure it all out at once, just take your time and stop frequently

for a long cool glass of water and some peaceful contemplation.

Things will work out in time.
