Sore pustules in corners of mouth, lips and chin!

I am a 43 year old male that has had 4 courses of accutane for

persistant pustules of a severe nature. I also have a degree of

rosacea. My pustules appear overnight and are often severe and sore

to the touch. They are often on my scalp, corners of mouth, lip,

undernose and chin. Acne, rosacea, or perioral dermatitis?

Treatment? No more accutane, I had 4 courses already!! Anybody else?
