Guest guest
I recently got cea-friendly Vitamins from the www.acne-rosacea.uk site. They have Niacinimide instead of Niacin. They make me flush alot less than any other vitamins I've tried (including other vitamins with Niacinimide instead of Niacin) But they still do make me flush a bit more and cause me to have extra redness. (I only took one pill to experiment so far). How long do vitamins take to work? How can I tell if it will be beneficial to me? I mean, I don't wanna take something thats gonna add to my redness and flushing without giving enough back in return.. How can I tell if its worth the extra flushing/irritation for me to take these? And is it like a topical where the redness/flushing may subside after a week or two? Or does it not work that way with vitamins Adam
