Guest guest
Dear Jody or anyone, I am using fitday to make sure that my kids are getting the proper proportions of carbs to protein etc. I think it is making a big difference in their progress. Elle has passed two BEAUTIFULLY formed and sizeable bowels without assistance for two days in a row. And -- I kid you not -- I think she has gained almost 1 lb. in just the last few days. So on to my next question . . . how do I know that they are getting enough calories? Does anyone know how many calories / day for a 6 yr. old girl, a 3 yr. old boy, and an 18 mo. girl? Elle seems to be getting enough to eat. But I am concerned that my other two may not be getting enough. It would be helpful to use fitday.com to count calories as well as adjust the carb/protein ratio. I did look on the site for this information, but couldn't find anything pertinent to children. Help please. Jeni Lynn (gastrointestinal problems) SCD 1 month mom to Margeaux, 6 yr. (heavy metal toxicity, gastrointestinal problems, add) , 3 yr. (heavy metal toxicity, gastrointestinal problems) Elle, 18 mo. (heavy metal toxicity, leaky gut, eczema) SCD 3 months
