Hi Carol

I saw some Proscuitto at Costco just a bit ago so I picked some up. It

simply says Pork Meat and Salt. But I'm now smarter then the average

Bear and know that labeling isn't under oath. ;)

I think I've read where you do some shopping at Costco for some items

like almonds. Do you know if their PARMA brand Proscuitto is legal?

Its " Genuine Proscuitto di Parma " From Parma a Product of Italy.

If not what brand do you use?
