We were using half a vial until recently the doc switched ph (the

last one on half a vial) to a whole vial. I think for awhile they

were concerned about the little ones...but last yr they told us that

research supported using a whole vial even in the little ones (new CF

partner). still, our reg. CF doc suggested keeping ph on a half

vial til he weighed a bit more, concerned about possible toxicity

because they had had a few kids develop high blood levels.
