What I am looking for is a product that will actually cool the air

before blowing it on my face, but at low speed. Typical fans are too

high speed, and at low speeds dont do a good job of cooling. I am not

interested in things you wear or that are temporary, but rather

something that actively cools the air. I hope there is something out

there, but if there is not, I think using a properly designed TEC may

work.
