This is the first time I hear avocados mentioned as taboo food - can anyone

comment on this? I was under the impression that avocados are good for you -

not that it's going to make any difference in my diet either way, because I

don't really like them and can eat them only in tiny bits (as in sushi), but

I am interested to know.

Avacados are on the rosacea trigger list. Are they a

nightshade? That may be why, although, I don't know

why nightshades are a problem in particular. Maybe

it's a histamine issue. Anyway, not all foods on the

trigger list are triggers for all rosacea people.
