Hi Deb,

We are not doing tube feedings or liquid diet, but my

2 yo only eats pureed foods. I don't know how similar

that is. I guess it might be just a bit more liquid.

I prepare foods in the food processor. I just posted a

list of foods I use in another message. I steam cook

all vegetables before processing, boil the beans and

lentils (soaking first) and then process. I roast the

beef to a very soft consistency and then process it

too.

I mix two or three ingredients together for a meal

based on flavor and nutritional balance (proteins,

carbs, etc), but I guess you are not concerned with

taste though.
