Guest guest
Hi Just read through some of your previous posts about the confusion between using the vita-oil if sebderm is an oily skin condition. I am confused about that as well. I am afraid that the oil might be making the sebderm worse but I need it to soothe and moisturize the rosacea. Are you still using the vita-oil and the Noritate? My derm gave me topical nizoral compounded with .05% hydrocortisone. He admitted that over use of cortisones would make the rosacea worse but he still insisted that I need the hydrocortisone to bring down the inflammation. Anyway, I will give the nizoral shampoo a try tonight. Do you put it on after you have used your cleanser? Do you use Dr. Sys soap for dry sensitive skin. Thanks for answering my post I will not panic. I will not panic Re: Do any of you have sebderm with rosacea?? , For my seberm my doctor suggested using Nizoral shampoo - i put a few drops on my fingers and put it on my face while its wet - rubbing gently. I leave it on for a few minutes (I actually just put it on my problem areas) - this seems to take care of it. It's pretty much under control right now. Has your doctor suggested this at all to you? Good Luck, Donna
